1, 2, 3, & 4 Beds
1 Bed:
The standard 1 bed property comprises of a bedroom, bathroom and toilet, separate kitchen and
a lounge or an open plan
kitchen with lounge. This is ideal for a couple without a child.
2, 3, & 4+ Beds:
Properties comprise of their corresponding bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, separate kitchen and
a lounge or an open plan
kitchen with lounge. Depending on the plan and layout of the property, some do come with two
bathrooms.
These are ideal for student with partner and kids and the size of the family determines the
choice of number of beds.
Family Apartments
For students coming to the UK with their families i.e. dependants, 2, 3 and 4+ bedrooms are ideal for you, depending on the size of your family.
Due to house insurance, health and safety and other factors, most landlords and property managers would not allow more than a certain number of people to occupy a given apartment. Kindly contact us for further clarification on this.
Bills:Most family apartments and or flats are given out with no bills included in the rent, this means that: Electricity/Gas; Water; Broadband and council tax are paid by the tenant(s).
